Under the motto "safety alive," we made a triumphant return to the SPS and impressively demonstrated how our safety systems make plants more efficient and secure. One of the highlights was our interactive live stations and cocktail bar, which drew numerous visitors and created a unique atmosphere. We look back on a dynamic trade fair filled with engaging conversations and significant interest in our systems and services.

Safety Light Curtain SLC4
The SLC4 safety light curtains from Wieland Electric are available as base and standard muting variants and therefore offer features that are perfectly suited to your different applications.

Cascading (rear-impact protection) is important for simultaneously safeguarding access and presence areas (vertical and horizontal protective field). A base and a standard muting model act together as a light curtain and stop the machine in the event of an interruption. An additional advantage is a significant reduction in the amount of cabling required.
Safe incremental encoders are suitable for monitoring speed, position and direction of rotation. They can be connected to standard PLC and PC control systems and are a very robust basic element of industrial control systems.
